6. When can I start exercising?

You must avoid exercising for at least a month, because sweat in the eye should be avoided. It might lead to bacteria formation and affect the eyes. However, you can start non-contact sports once you start feeling comfortable. You must wear sports goggles to protect your eyes.

 

7. Is it safe to swim or Sauna?

You are recommended to avoid swimming, hot tub and sauna for at least 2 weeks.

 

8. When can I start travelling?
